When you request a demo or an expert conversation, you provide your name, work email, company, country or region if entered, message, and any other details you choose to include. We also receive the product or solution you came from, the page URL, referring page, and campaign parameters when available.

When you browse, our hosting provider may process request and security data such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. Your browser stores your cookie preference locally. Campaign parameters may be kept in session storage so they can accompany a later enquiry during the same browsing session.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential project data in a general enquiry.

We use your enquiry to respond, understand the products or solutions relevant to your request, arrange follow-up with Huansi staff, and keep a record of the business conversation. We use technical data to deliver and protect the site and diagnose errors. If you opt in to optional analytics, we use aggregate visit and performance information to improve the site.

Links to external social media pages take you to services governed by their own policies. Video content from YouTube is requested only when you choose to load an embedded video; YouTube may then receive technical information about your visit.

Huansi is based in China. Cloudflare operates a global delivery network, and Resend's primary email processing takes place in the United States. Your enquiry and technical data may therefore be processed outside your country or region. Where transfer rules apply, we will use the protections required for the transfer and can provide relevant details on request.

We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful business contact, then delete or anonymise them, unless an active commercial relationship, dispute, or legal obligation requires a longer period. Browser session storage normally ends with the session; your cookie preference remains until you change it or clear browser storage. Hosting and email providers may retain technical records under their own service arrangements.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. You can change optional analytics at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
